Named after its history as a taxi washing station, it has transformed into a pristine underwater sanctuary. You start your dive in a large open-water pond teeming with freshwater turtles, colorful tetras, and stunning lily pads. As you descend, you enter a cavern zone decorated with massive chestnut-colored columns and ancient fallen trees that look like a submerged forest. Whether you visit in winter for the crystal-clear visibility or in summer to see the surreal ‘algae bloom’ cloud, Car Wash is a bucket-list dive for nature lovers.
